With our own Indoor Garden and Elixir Room we are are able to ensure the fresehst product available.

 

 The Empyrean Indoor Garden is decked out with four 400-watt High-Pressure Sodium lights, monitors that measure light exposure, pH water levels, humidity, and temperatures. Fresh ingredients with eco-awareness are just one of the pinnacle points that sets us apart.

Our garden not only helps reduce our carbon footprint, but also ensures the food on your plate is of the very best quality.

 

The Empyrean Elixir Room houses our Craft Cocktail Program with innovative syrups, bittes, and spirits all created in house under the supervision of our Sommelier. Each specialty drink we procude is custom created and inspired completely by you! Our bar product is unmatched with even our grenadine being made in house with fresh pomegrante seeds.
